Children’s Playfort Rules
HOURS: The courtyard will be open from 8AM – Sunset.
AGE: Children ages 3 – 12 are welcome to utilize the play fort. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to be in the courtyard unsupervised. Adults are NOT ALLOWED to utilize the play fort.
SUPERVISION: Children utilizing the play fort must be supervised by an adult at all times. No exceptions.
FOOTWEAR: Children must wear shoes at all times in order to reduce the risk of slips and falls.
REPORTING HAZARDS: Parents must promptly notify the Board and the Management Company to report any safety concerns or hazards.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: All play fort equipment must be used safely and within the guidelines, which are posted on the safety warning attached to the play fort. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Management and the Board of directors are not responsible for any injuries incurred due to use of the play fort.
