[UPDATE] Children’s Play Fort

Dear Residents,

We are very excited to announce the newest addition to our courtyard project: the installation of a children’s play fort! We hope that the youngest members of our community enjoy this new addition while offering our parents an opportunity to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Please note the following rules and regulations regarding the play fort in order to ensure the comfort and safety of our community:  

• HOURS: The courtyard will be open from 8AM – Sunset.

• AGE: Children ages 3 – 12 are welcome to utilize the play fort.  Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to be in the courtyard unsupervised. Adults are NOT ALLOWED to utilize the play fort.

• SUPERVISION: Children utilizing the play fort must be supervised by an adult at all times. No exceptions.

• FOOTWEAR: Children must wear shoes at all times in order to reduce the risk of slips and falls.

• REPORTING HAZARDS: Parents must promptly notify the Board and the Management Company to report any safety concerns or hazards.

• ASSUMPTION OF RISK: All play fort equipment must be used safely and within the guidelines, which are posted on the safety warning attached to the play fort. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Management and the Board of directors are not responsible for any injuries incurred due to use of the play fort.

The health, safety, and comfort of all residents is of the utmost importance to the Board of Managers and to Management. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
