Annual Homeowner's Meeting on June 17th at 6:30 PM EST

Dear Homeowners,

We are pleased to announce that our Annual White Plain Commons Homeowners Meeting will be held on June 17th at 6:30 PM EST virtually via Zoom. This is an important event for our community, and we encourage all homeowners to attend.

During the meeting, we will:

  • Review milestones achieved the past year

  • Review existing and upcoming projects

  • Review our existing financial status

  • Discuss the re-election of 2-3 board seats

  • Discuss a refresh of our bylaws that have not been updated since 1980

This meeting is a great opportunity for you to stay informed about what’s happening in our community and to share your feedback and questions.This will also be the first meeting since we transferred property management to CDT Management– come meet Maria Monaldo, CDT’s President!

Following the meeting, we invite you to join us for a casual "happy hour" in the courtyard. This will be a wonderful chance to meet and chat with your fellow residents over refreshments.‹

A Zoom link for the meeting will be sent out closer to the meeting date. We appreciate your participation and look forward to seeing everyone.
