[NOTICE] Updates To Our Storage Area Policies & Removal of Abandoned Property

Dear Residents,

As part of our upkeep initiatives, we are conducting an inventory, cleaning, and organization of our storage units and common storage areas. As part of this initiative, we ask that you take note of the following:

Personal Storage Closet Areas

  • Any and all belongings in the personal storage closet area must be placed inside the resident’s individual storage unit. Items in the hallway and vestibules creates a fire hazard and obstructs other residents from accessing their storage closets. Any and all belongings located in the hallways or in the vestibule of the personal storage closet areas must be removed by Friday, September 22, 2023. All items that are not removed by that date will be discarded.

Community Storage Areas

  • Any and all belongings in designated community storage rooms must be properly labeled with the following:

    • DATE

    • NAME OF UNIT OWNER

    • UNIT NUMBER

    • PHONE NUMBER OF UNIT OWNER

  • Any and all belongings that are not labeled in this manner by Friday, September 22, 2023 will be discarded as abandoned property. If you are currently not living on the premises and will not have the opportunity to label your items prior to September 22, 2023, please e-mail the Board of Directors and we will arrange to have the items labeled for you.

  • Once all unclaimed property has been removed from the community storage areas, we will be painting walkway areas on the floor to ensure ease of access.

  • A template item label is attached. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your cooperation as we maintain our common spaces.

Kind Regards,

The Board of Managers
