[UPDATE] Updated Payment and Management Portal: Renter Insight

Dear Residents,

We hope this e-mail finds you well. As a result of our transition in management companies, we will be moving away from the Zego payment platform and transitioning to Renter Insight, a sister company of Zego that specifically handles payments, accounting and management for buildings of our size.

Please note that, as a result of this transition, you should have received an e-mail notifying you that any auto-payments through Zego have been cancelled. If you manually pay your HOA fees, please DO NOT submit a payment through Zego. If you pay your HOA fees by check, please remit payment to CDT Management as scheduled at the following address:

September dues will be collected on September 15th as opposed to September 1st, as we await our corporation background check via Renter Insight. Please MANUALLY SUBMIT PAYMENT for your September HOA dues via Renter Insight on September 15th. If you prefer to AutoPay your HOA dues, you can set up a recurring AutoPay on the platform that will be effective October 1st. 

You should receive an e-mail from Renter Insight in the coming days prompting you to set up an account. Any information previously provided to management has been pre-loaded into the system for your convenience.

We understand that this transition may cause an inconvenience, but we appreciate your patience as we implement this new and extremely useful software. In addition to a cost-effective payment portal, Renter Insight will also provide a number of useful tools for CDT Management, the Board of Managers, and our Residents, including but not limited to:

  • Communication Center: Ability to send community updates and emergency communications using e-mail, chat, and text alerts.

  • Resident Portal: Ability to pay HOA fees online via AutoPay, upload proof of homeowner’s insurance, create maintenance requests, and more.

  • Directory Retention: Stores homeowner contact information in a safe, secure portal, allowing for easier communication between management and residents.

  • Enhanced Accounting Features: Allows management and the Board of Managers to more efficiently track income and expenses in an integrated, centralized portal.

  • New Homeowner/Renter Screening: Ability to run credit reports, criminal background checks, eviction reports etc. on prospective homeowners or renters.
