Important Reminder: Proper Trash Disposal Guidelines

Dear Homeowners,

It has been reported that there has been an increase in instances where trash is not being disposed of in the appropriate designated dumpsters. Please be reminded that it is essential to follow the proper disposal guidelines. Regular trash should be placed in the designated regular trash dumpster. Recyclables (e.g. cans, plastic bottles, etc.) should go in the recycling dumpster, and cardboard/paper products must be disposed of in the dumpster specifically for those items.

Additionally, please note that construction debris must be disposed of separately and should not be placed in our dumpsters. Homeowners and contractors are responsible for arranging the proper disposal of construction materials.

Our superintendent has been manually sorting through improperly disposed trash, which not only poses a health risk but is also an inefficient use of time. This is a serious issue that we must address as a community.

Please be aware that fines will be imposed on homeowners who fail to comply with these guidelines. Homeowners are also responsible for ensuring that any tenants renting their units adhere to these rules. We ask for your cooperation to ensure that all waste is disposed of correctly, both for the safety of our staff and to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our shared spaces.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards,

WPC Board
