[UPDATE] Change of Management & Ongoing Projects

To All Homeowners,

We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their summer! As the Board continues to work to improve our property, there are a few items we wanted to bring to the attention of homeowners.

Management Company:

On June 30th of this year our management agreement with Archer expired. After careful consideration and several interviews, the Board has opted to and hire a new management company. After a short transition period we are pleased to announce White Plains Commons will be managed by Maria Monaldo of CDT Management!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Bill Archer and the rest of his team for their years of service of ourproperty, and wish them the best of luck in the future. We also look forward to forging a new relationship with CDT and apologize for any inconvenience while we make this change. We are happy to announce that our wonderful building super, Enisa, will be staying on as part of this transition. Please stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

Board Leadership:

Coinciding with the change in management, there will also be a change in Board leadership. After three years and one long and arduous deck project, Jason Ralph will be stepping down as Board President and moving to Vice President, with Lindsey McCarthy taking over the role as President.

Lindsey has already done a fantastic job with a number of projects around the property, and will continue doing so in her new role, with full support and consultation from the Board. Thank you to both Jason and Lindsey for their ongoing contributions to our community!

Current & Future Projects:

As we look towards the near future, there are a few items the Board is still planning to address. We were able to complete a parking lot re-lining in-house, as well as the installation of new signage for the front lot and archways. We hope to complete driveway and parking lot repairs this year as well, if the budget allows.

The Board is also still working on the courtyard patio installation. Unfortunately, the City of White Plains has additional requirements for permitting beyond what we had initially been advised. We thank you for your patience on this matter and hope to have an update soon.

As always is our goal to keep our shared investment properly managed and operating smoothly. Please do not hesitate to reach out to the Board with any and all concerns you may have, and thank you for your time in reading this update letter!

Sincerely,

The Board of Managers
